Full-time Web Developer wanted for growing software company offering competitive salary and great benefits package. The ideal candidate must have 3 years (?) web development experience disciplined in HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, PHP, ASP.NET, and XML with strong experience with MySQL and a constant focus on user-experience. Responsibilities will include project planning and management, development of web systems and tools, and optimization of existing systems.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take direction well.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, revisions, schedule, and are comfortable working autonomously.

An understanding of information design and information architecture is important as well as the ability to approach design from an end user experience.

Must be comfortable with tagging content for CMS (Modx will be better but joomla is ok)

Flash skills are a good.
